Package Includes:
* 7 HOUR SITE RENTAL to include your 4 hour Wedding and Reception: Includes the 1 acre meadow and gardens with water fall and fountains, 2 acres of parking, chaple-like gazebo for wedding and dancing, brides dressing room and childrens play area. Bride, groom and guests can arrive up to 2 hours before ceremony and 1 hour to depart after reception.
* CATERED BUFFET: for 50 guests. Hearts Home Farm has created a wonderful Elegant Menu for your special day. Choose one main entree, salad, vegetable with homemade dinner rolls and butter. Tea, coffee, fruit punch served all 4 hours. Package includes china, flatware, champagne glasses, white table linens and colored linen napkins(colors to choose from), and sparkling cider for bestman toast.
* WHITE TABLES AND CHAIRS: also cake and guests book tables, with white linens. Specialty tables decorated with garlands or silk flowers.
* FLOWERS: to include 1 bridal bouquet and toss, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 flower girls basket with flowers, 2 corsages, 4 boutonnieres, 1 grooms boutonniere.
* OFFICIANT / MINISTER: Available to assist you in creating your personalized ceremony. Minister requests a wind chime or bird house to hang in our beautiful gardens.
* WEDDING CAKE: Our Baker specializes in gourmet wedding cakes. All cakes, fillings and frostings are prepared at the bakery using only the finest ingredients available. Each wedding cake tier consist of four layers of cake and three layers of filling. 35 cake styles, 12 flavors of cake and 21 fillings to choose from to create your beautiful wedding cake. Plus a free cake on your 1st year anniversary.
* PHOTOGRAPHER: Includes 3 hours wedding coverage, one set of 100 4x6 proof prints selected by the photographer in a wedding proof album. Photo and Video packages and upgrades as well as a beautifully printed table top photo book of your wedding is available.
* M.C. & D.J. MUSIC : for 4 hours to cover all the ceremony music as well as the reception activities. Including the introduction of the Bride & Groom, Best Man Toast, Cake Cutting, Bride and Grooms First Dance, Father / Daughter Dance, Mother / Son Dance, Garter Toss, Bouquet Toss, Money Dance and everyone dancing in the beautiful gazebo.
* WEDDING REHEARSAL: one hour wedding rehearsal with the officiant.
* BRIDES DRESSING ROOM: with carpet, bathroom, heating & air conditioning.
* EVENT COORDINATOR: to assist you with pre-wedding preparations and to be present the day of the wedding.
